- 20 regional MC each if registered/payed before 31st December 08
- 15 regional MC each if reistered/payed before 31st January 09
- 10 regional MC each if registered/payed before 28th Feb 09
- 5 regional MC each if registered/payed before 14th March 09
Costs per person
- £45 full event with 2-3 nights accommodation on site.
- £25 for 1 night accommodation and 1 day's games.
- £25 for all games no accommodation.
- £5 per game per person no accommodation.
